Early Humans – Emergence from Nature

Let’s go farther back in time….to our earliest existence as humans.  We emerged from the animal world with the new skill of speech that was early in its development.  This new skill, and the cognitive abilities developing from it, enabled us to begin separating ourselves from the animal world around us.

Figure.  The concept of God is based upon our left brain questioning about the many unknowns in the right brain concept of “world”. The god concept is tied to some of the fundamental and earliest cognitive concepts in both the left and right brains. Religion is the set of left brain rules that are tied to belief in god.

Early Human History

After our emergence from the world of Nature, we quickly established ourselves as the most advanced and successful species on the planet.  In the beginning, our speech-based cognitive skills were a nice addition to our already existent vision-based cognitive skills. Our speech-based skills enabled and accelerated our ascension to the top of Life’s pyramid.
